Our family company which was founded in 1996 by current president Bernard Filippone, manufactures a selection of freshly authentic products in which you can taste the Italy of our childhood.

Manufactured according to time-honoured methods, our products reflect the culinary trends and technological advances of contemporary Italy. It is here we have purchsed our state-of-the-art equipment, and it is here where members of our family still manufacture pasta.

Three consecutive expansions have transformed our plant from 1,000 square meters to 12,000 square meters while our production capacity ahs reached 1,000 kilos of pasta per hour.
